Mark and Clive met in Stony Stratford at the regular Sunday lunchtime music session in 1996 and play together as Vivant. They have put their own interpretation to some well known, some not so well known, and some classic material as well as some original work. Their music fuses a variety of influences and gives a beautiful and timeless quality which remains with you long after you have finished listening.
Swirling waltzes and mazurkas of Central France sweep you off you feet with their charm then the touching yet simple melodies of English songs and hymns transport you to another time and place.
