About The Event
First up is Chuck the Poet - "This is Punchline Poetry!" Chuck is a published poet with a sideways look at life, and poetry that tends to end in a pun. He always wears socks and enjoys pizza. Chuck is a purveyor of short, snappy (sometimes snippy), sharp-witted poems. Themes include bodily fluids, insects and cheese!
Next we have Tommy Hills with his show "The Comedy Singularity" which explores what happens when Artificial Intelligence takes the stage. Centred around the concept of a technology singularity (the point of no return), cutting-edge generative models and audience prompts will create an original and unforgettable night of stand-up comedy.
This interactive show pushes the boundaries of humour, blending human wit with machine-generated funnies to test the limits of what comedy can be, and makes you wonder whether we've reached that singularity point.
